Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) Cable Duct

Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (C-PVC) cable conduit is a modified PVC pipe with special physical properties. It is made of imported chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin with high temperature resistance as the main raw material, and necessary additives are added for extrusion molding.

The Vicat softening temperature of C-PVC reaches above 93, and it has excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, aging resistance, and high compressive strength. Its electrical insulation, corrosion resistance and flame retardancy are better than other traditional pipes. It can be used to protect underground high-voltage power cables, ultra-high voltage power cables and street light power cables. It is an ideal sheath pipe for buried cables in cities and municipal construction.

Product Features

1. Heat resistance

C-PVC power pipe can remain unchanged in an environment of 93°C and has sufficient strength.

2. Flame retardant performance

C-PVC material has good flame retardant properties, can be extinguished immediately after leaving the fire, and has excellent flame retardancy and smoke density index.

3. Insulation performance

C-PVC power pipe can withstand high voltages of more than 30,000 volts.

4. Convenient construction

C-PVC power pipe adopts flared socket connection, which is easy to install.

V. Compression resistance

After material modification, the C-PVC power pipe has a ring stiffness of more than 8kPa.
