Soft PVC granules HM-S701
Steps for bonding pipes and fittings
1. Cutting
Use a cutter (pipe scissors, hacksaw, cutting machine, etc.) to cut the pipe vertically to ensure that the cut is smooth to increase the bonding contact area.
2. Chamfer cleaning
Use a chamferer to clean the inner and outer edges of the pipe, remove burrs, ensure that the connection surface between the pipe and the fitting is flat and clean, and improve the bonding effect.
3. Test insertion marking
Clean the pipe and fitting connection to ensure that there are no impurities, and test insertion to mark the insertion depth line for subsequent precise bonding.
4. Apply adhesive (pipe end)
Evenly apply a thick and complete layer of adhesive on the outer wall of the marked pipe to ensure that the entire bonding surface is covered.
5. Apply adhesive (pipe fitting end)
Also evenly apply a layer of adhesive on the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket to ensure that the adhesive fully covers the contact surface.
