Recently, Shihezi City of the Eighth Division officially launched an important project aimed at improving the quality of heating for residents and improving urban infrastructure - the renovation project of old urban heating pipelines. The project was constructed by the Shihezi Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and built by Annan Company.

It is understood that this renovation project will cover 38 communities in Shihezi City, and the total length of the renovated heating pipelines will reach 239,761 meters. Among them, 92,574 meters of the secondary heating network pipelines in the community will be renovated, and 147,187 meters of the public heating pipelines in the building will be renovated. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau organized all participating units to hold a project promotion meeting. During the meeting, all parties had in-depth discussions and clarifications on key issues such as the project implementation plan, time nodes, and division of responsibilities. At present, the project is in the stage of preparing the implementation plan and on-site investigation, which has laid a solid foundation for subsequent construction work.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, this renovation project of old heating pipes is aimed at solving problems such as aging and serious damage of heating pipes in some communities in Shihezi City, improving the stability and efficiency of the heating system, and thus improving residents' living environment and quality of life.

The project is scheduled to be officially implemented in mid-April this year, and it is expected that the heating pipeline renovation work of each community will be completed in the coming period.
