The excavated soil was quickly loaded onto the soil truck. One soil truck after another shuttled back and forth, transporting the soil to the designated location for filling in an orderly manner, and the roar of the machine resounded throughout the construction site. On the other side, at the project entrance road near the highway, the concrete truck extended its long arm to transport concrete to the ground. The workers had a clear division of labor. Some were busy spreading the slurry, and some were responsible for paving. A flat cement road was extending forward little by little.

"This road is the official main road of our future production area. The road width is 16 meters. At present, 160 meters have been constructed as a road for the future construction period." Luo Youmin, the person in charge of the infrastructure of the Guigang Zhihu Yuanchuang Household Paper Full Industrial Chain Project, introduced that this main road in the factory area that runs through the north and south of the project is about 540 meters long. After completion, it will provide great convenience and efficiency for other construction links of the project.

In order to ensure that the project construction progress can be carried out as planned, the construction party has demonstrated a high sense of responsibility and professionalism. On the fourth day of the Lunar New Year, when most people were still immersed in the festive atmosphere of the Spring Festival, the construction party had organized workers to resume work in an orderly manner and carry out site leveling operations. At present, all kinds of large-scale machinery and equipment have been fully put into the site, and 25 earth-moving trucks, 9 hook machines, 2 bulldozers, 1 forklift, and 1 roller are put into construction on the site every day, forming an efficient construction assembly line. At the same time, 9 managers stick to their posts, always pay attention to every link of the construction site, coordinate various construction tasks, and strictly control the construction quality and progress.

As of March 6, the earthwork of the project is progressing smoothly. According to the person in charge of infrastructure, the total area of the first phase of the project is 1,003 mu, and 700 mu of land leveling tasks have been completed, accounting for 69% of the total mu. 940,000 cubic meters of earthwork excavation has been completed, accounting for about 74% of the total volume. The person in charge of infrastructure construction said that all fronts will race against time, work hard, strictly follow the construction plan, reverse the construction schedule, and carry out scientific construction. In the subsequent construction process, the construction plan will be further optimized, resources will be reasonably allocated, and the project will be promoted on time and with quality.

The Gangnan District Committee and District Government attach great importance to the Zhihu Yuanchuang project and regard it as an important engine for promoting the economic development of Gangnan District. Tao Jianquan, Secretary of the Gangnan District Committee, often visits the project site to supervise and inspect the progress of the construction, learn in detail about the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of project promotion, and organize relevant departments to coordinate and solve them on the spot. Tao Jianquan emphasized that the Zhihu project is a key project in Gangnan District and has an important significance that cannot be ignored in enhancing the regional economic strength and driving employment. It is understood that the Zhihuyuanchuang tissue paper full industrial chain project is built in two phases. The first phase will build an annual production line of 330,000 tons of bleached chemical pulp, 300,000 tons of tissue paper and post-processing. The second phase will build an annual production line of 330,000 tons of bleached chemical pulp, 300,000 tons of tissue paper and post-processing. After the project is completed and reaches full production, the annual output value is expected to be 17.6 billion yuan, and more than 4,000 jobs will be provided. The project will effectively integrate upstream resources, midstream manufacturing and downstream sales, forming a balanced development of "resources + manufacturing + sales", achieving efficient coordination and value maximization of the industrial chain, and helping Guigang City to layout and build the China-ASEAN tissue paper industrial park.
